Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your FraguLuxe order. Return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused fragrances in their original condition and original packaging.

To protect product quality and customer safety, opened, used, sprayed, or partially used fragrances cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, leaking, missing, or different from what you ordered, contact us right away at Info@FraguLuxe.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box.

We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, refund, or return instructions.

How to Start a Return

Email Info@FraguLuxe.com with your order number and the item you want to return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked as final sale on the product page are not eligible for return, except where required by law or when the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
