Shipping Policy

FraguLuxe ships orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $75 or more ship free within the United States.

Orders under $75 are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout before payment is submitted.

Delivery Time

After an order is processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on the destination, carrier, and service selected at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, and the carrier first. Then contact us at Info@FraguLuxe.com with your order number so we can help review the shipment.
